Privacy Policy for LuckyToss

LuckyToss (the “App”, “we”, “us”) is a dice-rolling application. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. By using the App you agree to this policy.

1. Information We Collect

The App does not require you to create an account and does not ask you to provide personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number.

The App automatically collects limited technical and usage data through third-party services provided by Google (Firebase):

• Crash and diagnostic data (Firebase Crashlytics). When the App crashes or encounters an error, we receive diagnostic information such as the device model, operating system version, App version, and the technical state of the App at the time of the crash. We use this to find and fix bugs.
• Usage and analytics data (Google Analytics for Firebase). Aggregated information about how the App is used — for example, events and screens opened, session length, approximate region, device type, and identifiers including the Android Advertising ID.

2. Advertising

The App may display third-party advertisements (for example, Google AdMob). Advertising partners may use the Android Advertising ID and similar identifiers to deliver, personalize, and measure ads. Where required by law (for example, in the EEA and the UK), we will ask for your consent before data is used for personalized advertising.

3. How We Use Data

• To keep the App stable and to diagnose and fix crashes.
• To understand how the App is used and to improve it.
• To display and measure advertising, where enabled.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Data is processed by our service providers under their own privacy policies:

• Google Firebase (Crashlytics, Analytics) — firebase.google.com/support/privacy

5. Data Retention

Crash and analytics data are retained according to our service providers’ standard retention periods (for example, Firebase default retention). We keep data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above.

6. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us and we will delete it.

7. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location (for example, under the GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, or to opt out of certain processing. You can reset or limit ad personalization in your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads). To exercise other rights, contact us using the details below.

8. Security

We rely on the security measures of our service providers to protect data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.

10. Deletion of Your Data

We do not operate our own servers and hold no database of users. The App has no accounts, so there is no account to delete, and we store no name, email address, or any other detail that could identify you. The limited data described in section 1 is held by Google as our service provider and is deleted automatically, as set out below.

• Data stored on your device — your chosen background, language, sound setting, and edited predictions are deleted when you uninstall the App. Nothing is left behind and nothing was ever sent to us.
• Analytics and crash data — deleted automatically within 90 days. Crash reports in Firebase Crashlytics expire after about 90 days, and user-level data in Google Analytics is kept for two months. No request is needed and no action is required from you.
• Advertising identifier — you can reset or delete it yourself at any time under Settings → Google → Ads. Doing so breaks the link between your device and any earlier records. You can also remove advertising from the App entirely by purchasing ad removal.
