LuckyToss (the “App”, “we”, “us”) is a dice-rolling application. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. By using the App you agree to this policy.

1. Information We Collect

The App does not require you to create an account and does not ask you to provide personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number.

The App automatically collects limited technical and usage data through third-party services provided by Google (Firebase):

• Crash and diagnostic data (Firebase Crashlytics). When the App crashes or encounters an error, we receive diagnostic information such as the device model, operating system version, App version, and the technical state of the App at the time of the crash. We use this to find and fix bugs.
• Usage and analytics data (Google Analytics for Firebase). Aggregated information about how the App is used — for example, events and screens opened, session length, approximate region, device type, and identifiers including the Android Advertising ID.

2. Advertising

The App may display third-party advertisements (for example, Google AdMob). Advertising partners may use the Android Advertising ID and similar identifiers to deliver, personalize, and measure ads. Where required by law (for example, in the EEA and the UK), we will ask for your consent before data is used for personalized advertising.

3. How We Use Data

• To keep the App stable and to diagnose and fix crashes.
• To understand how the App is used and to improve it.
• To display and measure advertising, where enabled.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Data is processed by our service providers under their own privacy policies:

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us and we will delete it.

7. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location (for example, under the GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, or to opt out of certain processing.
