Privacy Policy for Mystic Ball

Last updated: 31 July 2026

Mystic Ball (the “App”, “we”, “us”) is a fortune-telling ball application: you tap the ball and it answers your question. The App is intended for entertainment only and its answers must not be treated as advice of any kind. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. By using the App you agree to this policy.

1. Information We Collect

The App does not require you to create an account and does not ask you to provide personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number. It requests no access to your location, camera, microphone, contacts, photos, or files.

The App automatically collects limited technical and usage data through third-party services provided by Google (Firebase):

2. Data Stored on Your Device

Your settings stay on your device and are not transmitted to us or to anyone else. This includes the background you have chosen, the interface and prediction language, the sound setting, and any prediction texts you have edited, added, or deleted. Uninstalling the App removes them.

The App also stores whether ads have been removed, together with the date that status was last confirmed with Google Play. This lets the App remain ad-free while your device is offline. This record contains no payment details.

3. Advertising

Unless you have purchased ad removal, the App displays third-party advertisements supplied by Google AdMob: a banner at the top of the screen and an occasional full-screen ad between predictions. Advertising partners may use the Android Advertising ID and similar identifiers to deliver, personalize, and measure ads. Where required by law (for example, in the EEA and the UK), we will ask for your consent before data is used for personalized advertising.

4. Purchases

The App offers two optional purchases that remove advertising: a monthly subscription and a one-time lifetime purchase. All payments are handled entirely by Google Play.

We never see, receive, or store your payment card, bank details, or billing address. The App only receives from Google Play the fact that a purchase is active, so that it knows whether to show ads. Prices shown in the App come from Google Play in your local currency. Subscriptions are managed and cancelled in Google Play, not in the App.

5. Internet Access

The App uses the Internet to load advertisements, to verify purchases with Google Play, and to send crash and analytics data. It also checks whether a connection is available in order to tell you when a prediction cannot be loaded. The App works offline for everyone who has purchased ad removal.

6. How We Use Data

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Data is processed by our service providers under their own privacy policies:

8. Data Retention

Crash and analytics data are deleted automatically within 90 days: crash reports in Firebase Crashlytics expire after about 90 days, and user-level data in Google Analytics is retained for two months. We keep no copies of our own. Data stored on your device is removed when you uninstall the App.

9. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location (for example, under the GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, or to opt out of certain processing. You can reset or limit ad personalization in your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads). Purchasing ad removal stops advertising in the App entirely. Section 11 explains how the data described in this policy is deleted. To exercise other rights, contact us using the details below.

11. Deletion of Your Data

We do not operate our own servers and hold no database of users. The App has no accounts, so there is no account to delete, and we store no name, email address, or any other detail that could identify you. The limited data described in section 1 is held by Google as our service provider and is deleted automatically, as set out below.

If you have a question about your data, write to admin@cuptrack.link. Please note that because we hold no identifying information about you, we are unable to locate individual records on request — which is also why they expire on their own.

12. Security

We rely on the security measures of our service providers to protect data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
